 Paul Burek, CEO, PMP Paul Burek, CEO of Solutions Cube Group, started the company after successfully running JADCore, LLC (a company he co-founded in 1999). At JADCore, Paul perfected the use of electronic flip chart methods (EFC), which his teams use during facilitated meetings to create meeting deliverables. He has earned a respected reputation as a dynamic instructor and JAD* facilitator providing targetted solutions for project teams through the delivery of faciltated meetings and project management training. He has leveraged his experience, tools and techniques as he expanded the offerings of Solutions Cube Group to enable customers to understand their drivers and needs for change and implement successful project solutions. Under the leadership of Paul Burek, Solutions Cube Group facilitators have worked on hundreds of projects, around the world, in many different industries. Our staff and associates are highly trained in the use of JAD techniques and Solutions Cube Group’s time tested and industry respected SHARE Method for bringing teams together to make decisions and implement change.
* JAD: Joint Application Design is a technique created in the 1970’s by IBM and Boeing to accelerate the creation of software project deliverables in a group meeting setting. JAD pulls together the key project stakeholders (“content providers ”) and an unbiased facilitator as a group leader (“process provider ”) to make collaborative decisions and achieve alignment among the stakeholders. This method allows ideas and decisions to be communicated quickly and clearly, enabling change to be implemented faster with a higher success rate. The concept of JAD has worked its way from software projects to implementing all types of change in all industries.
Solutions Cube Group is a Project Management Institute Registered Education Provider (PMI R.E.P.) offering a wide range of Project Management courses aligned with the PMI Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK). Solutions Cube Group courses enable organizations to close the gap between understanding Project Management theory and having practical tools and techniques to implement on every project effort. We accomplish this by delivering experiential learning coupled with real templates and time tested techniques. Students will leave the course with electronic templates and specific techniques they can apply immediately to enhance every project effort.
